Your InnerDance session awaits, and preparation is key for optimal comfort and immersion. Here’s what you’ll need:
* Yoga Mat: Bring along a yoga mat to lie down. This will provide the support you need for your practice.
* Comfortable Clothing: Wear loose, comfortable clothing that enables unrestricted movement and relaxation. This will help you fully engage in the experience without any discomfort.
* Water Bottle: Hydration is key, so bring a water bottle to ensure you stay hydrated throughout the session. Drink plenty of water before and after to support your body’s needs and activate your electromagnetic field, enhancing the experience.
* Empty or Lightly Fed Stomach: Opt for arriving with an empty stomach or consuming a light meal beforehand. This choice fosters the free flow of your Energy and facilitates the release of stagnant energy and emotions from your body.
