Vulva casting session

A vulva casting session is a unique and empowering experience that invites you to see your vulva from a completely new perspective. In a safe, non-sexual, and judgment-free environment, you are given the opportunity to slow down, connect with your body, and explore your vulva with curiosity and compassion.
Throughout the entire process, Meike will accompany you with sensitivity, care, and attention to your individual needs, ensuring that you feel comfortable, respected, and supported every step of the way.
Your finished plaster cast captures the unique shape of your vulva and transforms it into a personal piece of art. It will help you build a more positive relationship with your vulva, challenge feelings of shame, and celebrate the natural diversity and beauty of all vulvas.

Your session includes:
• An attuning conversation about your vulva
• Optional: A guided vulva meditation to help you arrive in the moment and connect with your body
• Your individual vulva casting experience
• A professionally finished plaster sculpture of your vulva, carefully sanded by hand. It will be shipped to your address approx. 10 days later
• A color of your choice, for you to complete your artwork at home

Meike Meyering

Meike is a sex educator and vulva artist based in Potsdam. Her mission is to make knowledge about bodies and sexuality more accessible while helping to reduce the taboos surrounding these topics. Fascinated by the incredible diversity of vulvas—and by how little people often know about this diversity—she began teaching herself the craft of vulva casting in November 2025. Through her work, she aims to make the natural diversity of vulvas more visible, encourage people to build a more positive, accepting, and compassionate relationship with their own vulva, and empower them to embrace their uniqueness.

Preparation

Practical preparation: Please remove all of your pubic hair before the session. Otherwise, the process of vulva casting won’t work (unfortunately!). But I guarantee you that this is already the first exciting step in consciously engaging with your vulva.

Join Sophie-Mā for this prayerful journey — a gentle yet powerful ceremony to tune the instrument of your body and heart-mind to the frequency you wish to embody. This is an invitation to arrive fully in the now. To let go of what holds you back, release old stories and stagnation from the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies, and anchor into your deepest intentions.

We’ll weave through a tapestry of modalities: somatic tools for nervous system regulation, guided meditation, intuitive movement, dynamic yoga asana flow into yin and voice activation – always guided by the breath. With curiosity and compassion, we’ll dissolve layers of held tension, awaken inner pathways of bliss, and open the gates of the heart — creating coherence for love to move freely through us.

Together, we will awaken the Inner Temple of Love — that pure light radiating from the dark core at the center of each of our hearts — so you can return to your most alive, magnetic self, ready to give and receive limitless beauty and depth. We’ll close in stillness with Yoga Nidra to integrate and root our intentions.

The entire journey is held within a meta-frame of Tibetan Buddhism — a lineage of wisdom and emptiness that gently guides our inner exploration and the deeper layers of awakening.

Sophie-Ma is a yoginī, Buddhist practitioner, scholar, and mystic wanderess — deeply devoted to the path of embodied awakening and collective liberation. Born in Berlin and ripened by years of traveling and living across continents, she teaches at the intersection of sacred presence, spiritual inquiry, and radical compassion — blending wisdom from yogic and Buddhist lineages with a fierce love for justice and a dose of juicy, rebellious mischief and crazy wisdom. Her offerings draw from over 1,200 hours of yoga teacher training, grounded in two decades of embodiment and artistic expression, silent meditation retreats, and her personal journey of healing trauma through somatic practices. Sophie’s classes are trauma-informed spaces to soften and relax into our inherently pure inner nature; radiantly blissful and already perfect like an indestructible diamond made of rainbow-light. Description

This workshop is based on the systemic concept of having various inner parts, an inner team or inner family, and focuses on understanding these parts more deeply. Examples include “the inner child”, “the adventurous part”, “the sensual part” or “the inner critic.” Since these parts often have conflicting needs and perspectives, which can create inner tension, the workshop helps you connect with these parts, express them through movement, dance, and voice, and guide them toward harmonious communication and peaceful cooperation.
The workshop integrates elements of meditation, acting, free dance, and coaching methods. With elements of guided meditation, I support you to connect with certain inner parts, one after another. These inner parts are then being expressed in movement and voice to music, allowing you to experience them, really embody them and to integrate them deeper into your system.
The workshop offers you the opportunity to experience your system in a holistic way, and to experience and express your emotions, needs and boundaries in a playful way.
