Conversely, energy blocks hinder the natural flow of energy, leading not only to health issues but also manifesting as adversities in life such as financial challenges or relationship discord.
Reiki serves as a conduit to release anger, worry, fear, and stress, revealing our optimal selves – peaceful, grateful, compassionate, and harmonious with others. As a Reiki practitioner, I focus on identifying and alleviating energy blocks for the client’s highest good. I channel this energy through my hands. Reiki functions by harmonising and removing obstructions in the body’s energy centres and pathways, enhancing the body’s innate capacity to self-heal.
During a Reiki session, the body relaxes, shedding accumulated tension, and entering a profound meditative state that aids in restoring the nervous system. The healing energy of Reiki intuitively navigates to where it’s needed most. What often resonates with many individuals about Reiki is its ability to provide a space for simply “being.” It offers a moment of pure relaxation, allowing recipients to clear their minds and release tension and stress.
A Reiki treatment feels like a comforting, radiant energy flowing through and around you. Each healing experience is unique to the individual, making the reception of Reiki an integral part of one’s uniqueness.

In Sanskrit, ‘shiras’ means head and ‘abhyanga’ means massage. Shiro Abhyanga involves massaging the head, neck and shoulders with warm herbalised oil to calm and balance your mind and nervous system. Ayurvedic Marma face massage: For centuries, taking care of the face, played an important role in the overall care of our selves.
Face massage boosts blood circulation, firming the skin and toning the muscles, encourages lymph flow and helps to release endorphin, the hormone of joy. About 600 nerve points, situated on the face can be stimulated during massage. Ayurvedic (Indian) medicine teaches that energy channels run through the face and body.
Recommended for: muscle tension, stress, nervousness, headache, bad circulation of head and faceskin as well as the headorgans like eyes, ears and nose.
Emotion Code Therapy
Aside from that she is a certified Emotion Code Practitioner.
The Emotion Code is an energy based therapy. In these sessions she will identify trapped emotions which have been stored in your nervous system, with the help of kinesiology.
