Thai Massage & Craniosacral Biodynamic Therapy

Thai Massage is an ancient and beautiful Massage technique that stretches and relaxes the whole body. The massage takes place on a comfortable futon mattress on the floor, wearing clothes. No oil is applied, instead gentle and deep pressures and stretches are used to relax the muscles and the nervous system. It is extremely effective in treating tensions in the legs, as well as the back and neck. The joints and ligaments are also massaged and lubricated through gentle movement.

Craniosacral Biodynamic Therapy is a profound hands-on treatment that addresses the system, as a whole, on a physical, emotional and psychological level. Through very gentle touch and deep listening we bring awareness into what is getting in the way of health, the blockages, tensions and lesions. By supporting the innate healing mechanisms and body intelligence we create pathways for change and healing. This work is especially beneficial for old (as well as recent) injuries and traumas, but it can also be used to release tension and maintain general health and wellbeing.
