Hang up session

Hang up is a therapeutical tool to lift up someone by the feets, slowly step by step, till the body freely hangs. It’s mostly done in nature for example a tree would be a good for that. As the process to hang up freely is super slow and step by step, u will not feel pressure in the head as the blood can slowly move there. Each step involved stretches & body work to loosen up the tensions in the tissues. The last step, the free hanging part can create a deep point of stillness and recharge / reset the nervous system. The whole spine is getting a beautiful stretch and with the gravity and gentle aware touch we might be able to move very old stuck energy from the body. In the end I will play an open hearted gentle handpan sound journey wile the instrument lays on ur body so u can feel the subtle vibrations of it.
