Botanical Breath Journey

Nina is a Modern-Day Medicine Woman, Ceremonial Spaceholder, Herbalist, and Breathwork Teacher devoted to the healing arts. Her work is deeply rooted in the wisdom of Breathwork, Ceremonial Cacao, Herbal & Plant Medicines, as well as Sound Healing and Voice Activation.
She is the founder of The Wild Meadow—a sacred retreat space nestled in the peaceful forests of southern Sweden, where people come to reconnect, heal, and remember who they truly are. Nina is also the creatress of Wild Bloom Academy of Breath and Herbs, an online home for those ready to dive into the world of holistic healing and embodied living.
Her greatest passion is gathering in sacred circles—to sing, share, and empower each other to remember the medicine that already lives within. Through her warm presence and deep reverence for the Earth and its rhythms, she invites others back into their hearts, into their bodies, and into the sacred now.
To support your botanical breathwork journey, here’s what I suggest:
-Something to cover your body – A light blanket, sheet, or sarong.
– Water bottle – Stay hydrated before and after the session.
– Optional: A small sacred object for the altar – a crystal, flower, or anything meaningful to you to charge during our session.
– Optional: Journal and pen – in case you want to write down any insights or downloads after.
Most importantly, bring yourself just as you are – open, curious, and ready to breathe.
