I' ve been teaching this technique over 9 years with meditation groups and people are impressed, to say the least. Inner peace, freedom, discovery, pleasure- these are emotions that arise during and after the meditation.
Everyone is welcome on this journey. You don't need to have any experience before concerning meditation. You don't need to have special clothes or do any preparation. Come with your heart open to experience Yourself. A taste of you in a safe environment.
