JOY PREMA PADMA
*New Moon Ceremony
In our New Moon Ceremony we will follow ancient traditions that remind us that our natural state of being is being one with the Earth and one with the Cosmos. We gather together in a ceremony to celebrate this new moon cycle.
Turning to nature, specifically the moon and its phases, can help us reconnect with the rhythms of our body. It helps us finding A Sacred Connection In Nature.
The moon is reminding us to connect to our feminine and vulnerable side as man and woman. In our journey we release and let go old emotions and stories through gentle breathwork, chanting and sound healing. We will plant seeds for this new cycle, connect to our hearts vision and celebrate it through dance.
When we meet in a sacred circle we are all equal. We unite in divinity. Circles have been held for thousands of years and are deeply rooted in the traditional practices of indigenous people to sit together in a circle, in prayer, in ceremony, and to be committed to helping one another and to each other's healing.
Everyone is welcome
