*Honeybee Yoga (Hatha Raja)

Hatha-Raja Classes offer a sequence of moderate postures practice in a slow and mindful way in conjunction with Bhramaree Pranayama (honey-bee breath) and conclude with a natural meditation. Performing Bhramaree during postures helps to lengthen the breath and releases stress at a cellular level. The postures chosen influence the pineal and pituitary glands of the brain, which balances the hormonal system and calms and uplifts the mind, bringing you more easily into meditation.

Jenny Jessen (Prema Padma) is a 500h certified Yoga Teacher and Artist. She studied cultural Anthropology, Acting, and with various Shamans that were guiding her own journey. She studied and lived in Rishikesh, India at Anand Prakash Yoga Ashram. Jenny teaches different styles of Hatha yoga, Qi Gong, leads Kirtan singing and Agnihotra, Fire Ceremonies.
As a modern day priestess devoting herself to Mother Earth she held ceremonies, womens' and moon circles in India, Thailand, Egypt, Berlin and Greece. In her work she alchemizes the five Element Theories (Yoga/Aryuveda/TCM) with acting modalities, Bhakti Yoga, shamanic approaches, breathwork, energy healing, dance, singing and lots of joy for life.
