My name is Sukkhadas and I’m an enthusiastic happy guy. I love nature and I have over 20 years of experience with meditation. When I first tried the Wim Hof Method I was blown away by its result.

After fifteen minutes of breathing, I was focused, relaxed, and happy as if I’d just spent one hour meditating. Since I started taking ice baths, I can’t remember the last time I was ill and my stress levels have dropped enormously. Last but not least, I met wonderful lovely people. Join us!

 

 

Having spent over 15 years training in asian martial arts, meditation and body awareness, I have trained both in China and Germany. I'm now working as a trainer and coach for more than 8 years, teaching all levels, from beginner to advanced, from athletes to elderly people. In addition I studied psychology as a minor subject.

The Wim Hof Method has been a part of my practice for 5 years now. It improves the body sensitivity and body perception. The trust in the physical body is restored naturally. The result is a strong and healthy body as well as a happy state of mind. This is the direct way to access personal empowerment and my inner nature.

The focus of my coaching is to improve everyday performance with breathwork, cold exposure, mindfulness and body awareness. Supporting the formation of daily routines and habits, integrated into everyday life for a better work-life balance.

I'm an architect, I have held managing positions with great responsibilities. However, after enduring two burnouts I started balancing the workload with my own exercises for a better work-life balance. The Wim Hof Method has proven to be especially helpful for me in overcoming burnout and stressful situations. It helped me to fully recover and reconnect to the essential source of my inner nature.

I love supporting people to become happy, strong and healthy and I am looking forward to share my experiences, skills and techniques with you.
