NICOLA TRÖGER & SITA MENON

*Revitalize your energy!

Familiar with the experience of feeling "low" in energy or winter blues perhaps?
Or stuck with a specific emotion, not really sure, how to get out of the stuckness and shift into a more vibrant state of being?
Getting tired and annoyed.... with not quite feeling at home in your body and energy?

In this workshop we will teach you through an exciting all levels Forrest Yoga practice, weaving in the healing basic moves of Forrest Yoga, and a strengthening asana sequence, to use your deep breath, intentional movement and attention to your "stuck places"- to free up your energy and connect to the innate vibrancy your body.

This is an all levels Forrest Yoga class.
It is open for beginners and more advanced practitioners as up- and down-levels are offered, best with a minimum experience of around 5-10 yoga classes of any other style.

Sita Menon, founder of www.evolveyoga.de found her way to yoga 18 years ago. What started out as a need to simply find a way to balance a stressful job and family life, quickly deepened into a practice that Sita felt compelled to pursue. After a few years of practicing various styles - Baptiste Power Yoga, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Sita met Ana Forrest and did her 200-hour Foundation Training with her in 2012. Last year, Ana invited her to  become a Guardian. Guardians continue the legacy of Forrest Yoga and mentor other Forrest Yoga Teachers.

Nicola Tröger (certified Forrest Yoga Teacher) has a background of somatic personal development and has been working with 100s of international clients since the last 15 plus years. She found Forrest Yoga 10 years ago and fell in love with the powerful healing ability that lies in this effective practice, the strength and integrity that helps build a life of meaning and love.
Together with Sita Menon and Deborah Haaksman she is founder of www.earthwalking.yoga. Earthwalking teaches workshops and events around Europe and hosts events in Berlin.
