*OSHO Active Meditation

We will be practicing two techniques to induce the state of awareness and mindfulness called meditation: OSHO© Dynamic Meditation is a fast, intense and thorough way to break old, ingrained patterns in the bodymind that keep one imprisoned in the past, and to experience the freedom, witnessing, silence and peace that are hidden behind these prison walls. OSHO Golden Light Meditation is a Taoist method of transforming your energy and leading it upward. It is designed to cleanse your whole body and fill it with creativity, while at the same time soothing you, making you receptive, and giving you rest.

OSHO Active Meditations are designed for anyone who is seeking to become more conscious and aware in their daily existence, offering an approach adapted to our western lifestyles. You can join with or without previous experience in meditation.

We have joined our skills to offer you a combination of active and passive ways to reconnect to your body and enable your life energies to flow again. Actively access your inner strength and balance through yoga and meditation or allow yourself to receive the gift of touch through bodywork.
