We will fill up short forms to understand your own nature your dosha ( vikruti and prakruti) and we will talk about it .
Followed by meditation and breath work , asana practice . I like to play nice music, so my students have fun while they are still getting benefits of the practice 🙂
Lea lived in Hong Kong for 16 years, and got her teacher training in Ayurveda- yoga.
In ayu - yoga we focus on everyone’s individual needs, as we are all different in our nature, one shoe doesn’t fit all.
She also teaches prenatal and postnatal yoga which she fell in love with during her own pregnancy.
