Benjamin Joon started his Martial Arts practice with Judo as a kid and studied later diverse martial arts and movement principles from Kung Fu and traditional Jiu Jitsu. Other influences come from Bodywork, Qi Gong and Contact Improvisation. Actually he is studying and practicing meditation, Fighting Monkey, Gracie Jiu Jitsu, Buddhism and psychology.
