Yuna Moutran & Seán Forde Kelly
The Space Between Us
Description
An embodied exploration of rupture, repair, relational resilience & a deepening of intimacy.
Every relationship contains moments of disconnection — misattunement, shutdown, frustration, distance. This workshop offers couples (and singles) a grounded, body-led way of meeting those moments without escalation, collapse or avoidance. And from a place of harmony, the workshop is an invitation to deeper intimacy, honesty & deepening.
Through guided somatic practices, breath and relational inquiry, we explore how rupture is first experienced in the body — tightening, pulling away, heat, numbness — and how repair becomes possible when the nervous system feels safe enough to stay present.
Rather than focusing on problem-solving or communication techniques, the emphasis is on felt experience: learning how to slow down, sense what’s happening beneath reaction, and reconnect from a place of honesty, care & devotion.
Practices are gentle, contained and invitational. Couples work together & singles are also welcome to join and practice as pairs. Participants will get the opportunity to experience how repair can happen in real time — through presence, regulation and attuned contact.
This work supports deeper trust, emotional intimacy and resilience — reminding couples that connection isn’t about never rupturing, but about knowing how to come back to love.
