Love’s Hidden Symmetry –
An Exploration of Systemic Family Constellations
Systemic Family Constellations is a framework and methodology that creates an opening to the present moment and allows an organic unfolding in the Now. It offers a way to uncover hidden dynamics, unresolved conflicts, and systemic patterns that are contributing to personal challenges. By gaining insights into these dynamics, one can move towards understanding and resolving issues regarding relationships, work, finances, health, death, etc.
Journeying into this work allows us to find our right place in our family system, facilitating greater stability and inner peace in ourselves. It opens up the possibility to step into our own unique life path with trust and excitement. We learn to return to its rightful place that which is not ours and take responsibility for the choice in each moment to follow our Soul’s calling. A life with more joy, wonder, and creativity can naturally emerge. This work can teach us to trust our intuition and live our lives in flow, aligned with Life’s currents.
I invite you to join me for an exploration of the fundamental principles governing systemic dynamics, called the Principles of Love. These three principles serve as a foundational map for understanding the hidden symmetry in systems that is often invisible to the eyes. As we learn to expand our vision, we can see how this order is so often violated, thereby creating disorder, disease, and discord. Understanding and applying these principles allows insights–shifts in perception–that promote healing within oneself and the greater system within which we belong.
The title for this workshop was inspired by a book of the same name by the founder of Family Constellations, Bert Hellinger.
Nothing is needed except your curiosity. You can bring what you need to sit comfortably and perhaps a notebook and pen if you would like to take some notes. The workshop will involve a teaching portion and finish with an experiential practice.
Sheila Chacko is a teacher, holistic counselor, and guide for people on the journey of Remembering. She has been on the yogic path for over 20 years and combines this with training in western depth psychology, trauma informed counseling/coaching, and Systemic Family Constellations. Her approach is integral and holistic and inspired by a Sufi psycho-spiritual map of the Essential qualities of the human being. She relies upon her intuition and uses the tools of breathwork, somatic awareness, counseling, guided inquiry, and embodiment practices. More than anything else, Sheila is moved by an inner fire towards awakening to Truth, Freedom, Joy, and Aliveness for herself and all who share this longing.
