Meet Your Anger
Description
Anger itself is not a problem. It is a life force.
But when we avoid it, it can become one.
When we suppress anger, we lose access to our boundaries, our energy, and a part of ourselves that knows exactly what it needs.
In this workshop, we get curious about anger. We feel what it actually wants to tell us. And we discover that underneath the fear of our own anger, there is often a surprising amount of clarity, aliveness and power.
Through movement, breath and voice, we create a space where anger is allowed to exist. Safely, consciously, and without judgment.
No experience needed. Just a willingness to get a little uncomfortable and curious about what’s on the other side.
Please note: this workshop works with alive, embodied energy. The space can get loud, physical and intense. You’re welcome to take it at your own pace.
