Fluentbody
Description
Fluentbody is a combination of movement, breath, and somatic bodywork. By awakening our physical sensations and listening inwards, we discover what it feels like to be at home in the body.
It will be a journey through gentle and powerful movements, a discovery of pleasant and tender sensations, of hidden pain and joyful treasures without self- judgement.
This practice is for you if you are curious to tap into your body wisdom and share a space where we celebrate our vulnerability, connectedness, strength and uniqueness.

About
Rahel has always been fascinated by the power of movement and dance as profound forms of expression and ways to feel truly alive. Through dance, movement, touch and the voice, she discovered the deep connection between body, mind, and emotions.
Amid the complex crises of recent years impacting individuals and communities alike, Rahel felt a call to create spaces that allow for feeling, sensing, and deep listening. This search led her to the Pantarei approach, a unique blend of dialogue and bodywork that enables clients to reconnect with their uniqueness and the wisdom inherent in their bodies. Simultaneously, she has been studying with Ilan Stephani, whose work delves into individual and collective trauma by exploring emotions in their physical and energetic forms, reclaiming instincts through practices like whole-body shaking, stomping, and touch.
This year Rahel became a Fluentbody-facilitator, a somatic movement practice developed by Florencia Lamarca, which aligns deeply with her belief in dance and movement as medicine.
Rahel dedicates her work to dance, embodiment, voice, transformation, connection, and both individual and collective healing. As a dancer, bodyworker, and “ecstasy activist,” she channels her passion for embodied dance and her connection to the earth into all aspects of her work.
In the spaces she creates, Rahel invites people to come home to their bodies and remember their intrinsic connection with all life.
