Rainbow Dance — An Ecstatic Chakra Journey
Description
Rainbow Dance is a guided somatic dance journey through the seven chakras, from the grounding energy of the root to the expansive light of the crown. Each stage is accompanied by music to evoke the unique frequency, emotion, and element of each energy center.
Similar to Ecstatic Dance but held in a gentle, structured container, Rainbow Dance invites participants to move intuitively, express authentically, and release what the body has been carrying, feeling the joy of being fully present and more at home in the body.

About
Niloo is a somatic movement and dance facilitator, dedicated to helping people reconnect with their bodies, essence, and deepest truth. Drawn to movement, meditation, and energy practices from a young age, she explored Reiki and somatic bodywork before discovering dance as her deepest language, a way to reconnect with inner rhythms and emotional truth. She now guides others back into their bodies through transformative embodied-movement practices. Her work creates space for authentic self-expression and coming home to yourself, exactly as you are.
