Konstantinos Bluestørm
Zen Arts Circle
Description
In the hush between moments, where breath meets silence and movement becomes prayer, there is a space—soft, spacious, and alive.
The Zen Arts Circle.
A meditative journey through the healing arts of Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Yoga and Breathwork.
As we practice we enter into a deeper communion with Life itself —”listening”, -“sensing”, “softening”.
This session becomes a ceremony of presence, inviting us to return to the center of our being with reverence—honoring the sacred conversation between stillness and flow.
