This unique experience begins with a relaxing sound meditation designed to calm your mind and guide you in visualizing your dreams and intentions for the new year. Vision board creation involves selecting and assembling images, words, and symbols that represent one’s goals and desires and putting them together on a white board. Additionally, we will work with acrylic colors, markers and other creative mediums.
Whether you’re seeking inspiration, self-discovery, or a space to express your heart’s desires, this workshop offers a gentle blend of art and healing to align your spirit and intentions.
