Guy Elhadad
Somatic Heart
Description
This experience is an invitation to explore the power of the vagus nerve in connection with ourselves and others. Through gentle yet potent practices involving pressure points, supportive touch, and guided movement, we activate the vagus nerve—releasing oxytocin, easing the nervous system, and allowing a more natural, embodied expression in the world.
When we learn to regulate our vagus nerve, we learn to regulate our entire experience of life. This workshop offers lifelong tools to navigate stress, deepen connection, and cultivate resilience. It is simple, profound, and deeply transformative.
