This workshop starts with some self-enquiry and a mini lecture on the so-called Moon Practice of the ancient Tantra Hatha Yoga tradition. Cora will share with you one proven set of pranayama + asana + tantric kriya meditation that is incredibly calming for the modern mind, soothing and healing for the nervous system and capable to alchemize unprocessed emotions and empower our root. It is the yoga practice that our modern mind needs. Remember that, If you have a calm mind and a relaxed nervous system you can manifest anything in your life. After this workshop you’ll be equipped with the most important tools to incorporate this practice in your daily lives.
Please bring a yoga mat, something to write and a cozy sweater for shavasana.
