From Stress to Strength
Science-Based Tools for Lasting Energy & Health
Description
Discover practical, science-backed methods to protect your energy, reduce stress, and design a wellbeing routine that sticks.
Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and low on energy? This highly practical workshop – originally developed for high-performance entrepreneurs – is designed to help participants understand stress and transform it into lasting strength.
Using the Conservation of Resources Theory (CoR), we’ll explore how stress develops when our time, energy, and other vital resources are depleted – and how to protect, restore, and grow them. Participants will also discover the biopsychological model of holistic health, integrating body, mind, social connections, and purpose.
Through a dynamic mix of science-based insights and hands-on exercises, we’ll explore:
– Nervous system regulation techniques you can use anywhere
– Nutrition and hydration strategies for stable energy
– Micro-movements, recovery, and biohacking tips
– How to design a personal wellbeing routine you can stick to
Everyone leaves with a customized, easy-to-implement daily plan for better health, more energy, and greater resilience – starting the very next day. Perfect for festivals that want to leave their audience not only inspired, but truly recharged.

About
Christian Huder is the founder of the Pura Vida Festival, a unique gathering that celebrates community, consciousness, and personal growth. While his professional roots are in engineering, entrepreneurship, and consulting, his deeper journey has been about exploring how we can live and lead in harmony — with ourselves, with others, and with the challenges of our times.
After years in the startup world — building accelerators, supporting founders, and serving as CMO of node.energy — Christian experienced first-hand how relentless performance culture can lead to stress and imbalance. This personal crisis became the doorway to a new path: discovering practices of mindfulness, yoga, and meditation, and integrating them with the leadership and productivity tools he had mastered in business.
Through the creation of Pura Vida Festival and other community projects, Christian has learned that true leadership is not about control, but about creating spaces where people feel safe to unfold their potential, connect deeply, and experience abundance together. Today, he weaves together his backgrounds in business, embodiment, and community-building to guide others on their journey — from stress and scarcity into resilience, creativity, and wholeness.
