Neumond Breath Camp
The New Moon Breath Camp is one of the most gentle methods of transformation and it has an immediate impact on your state of being. Annabelle created this format about 3 years ago, combining ancient breathing methods and wisdom from the yoga and the Sufi tradition, as well as modern tools and knowledge from coaching and neuroscience. The benefits are plenty as it fosters to find clarity, inner peace, emotional release and self empowerment.
The breath camp takes you on a journey through 4 stages, which are:
1. WE SET INTENTIONS
Together we go into self-reflection on the past moon phase and see what wants to be released in this session. Once we know what needs to go, we honor all learning lessons and experiences. The clearer you are about this, the easier it is for you to open yourself up to the new chapter ahead.
2. WE DANCE
In this somatic experience, we intuitively move our bodies and shake off the old to selected songs that empower you and invite you to have a good time.
3. WE BREATHE
Transformative breathing patterns help you to free yourself from long-suppressed emotions as well as stress. This form of breathwork relieves PTSD symptoms such as depression, anxiety and sleep disorders. The method focuses much more on the cause than on symptoms and is known for its immediate results.
4. WE VISUALIZE
The session ends with a powerful guided visualization that supports you to activate your inherent potential and courageously dream up your vision for the rest of 2024.
We finish with a total relaxation where I read my own poetry and afterwards perform some of my original songs with my ukulele.
